Denise Cassidy is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience driving innovation and strategic execution across diverse industries. Her background spans senior roles at large organizations such as Verizon, as well as consulting and serving as Chief Operating Sales Officer for a financial advisory firm. Denise specializes in translating strategy into action, improving client experience, and aligning sales and service teams to deliver measurable results.

Nathan Cassidy
Nathan Cassidy is the Founder and CEO of Altura Enterprises, bringing a strong background in business, finance, and real estate development. He graduated college at age 20 and quickly transitioned into construction, launching a residential new home building company in Upstate New York. At just 22, Nathan was appointed Executive of Real Estate Development for a private equity firm, where he helped lead and deliver over 100 residential units. Now a licensed General Contractor, he has overseen more than $20 million in construction projects over the past two years, driving Altura’s growth through disciplined execution, strategic development, and hands-on leadership.

Ethan Cassidy
Ethan serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer, bringing over five years of hands-on experience in construction and heavy equipment operations. His background includes building roads, warehouses, storage facilities, residential homes, and multifamily projects. Ethan plays a key role in overseeing field operations, coordinating execution, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
