A true testament to build back stronger-
storm rebuild
An example of our strategic partnerships coming together and reviving and utilizing what we can with the existing structure to meet budget and timeline constraints. Through engineering, we were able to add helical piles with brackets, keep the 1st floor masonry walls and build an elevated 1st story living space on top.

A true testament to build back stronger-
storm rebuild
We have helped assist this client with our design-build services and partnerships with third parties. We are building back, elevated, CMU block structure on the first floor and wood framing for the 2nd and third story to withstand the test of time. Permits are completed and we're preparing the slab and ready to go vertical!

Pinellas Point - St Pete
Adding a modern beautiful clean renovation.
From 80's to modern times
We helped this client bring there new home purchase to the 2020's - with new drywall, level 5 smooth finish. New bathrooms, flooring, trim, doors, tile and a beautiful kitchen... 3 weeks of construction and they are back home.

The Overlook
A true testament to build back stronger-
storm rebuild
A large, elevated 3 story re-build on the coast in Clearwater is appropriately named the overlook. A wonderful way to appreciate the beauty that Florida captures on a nightly sunset over the ocean, by being 30' in the air high above the roofs.

Helping this client develop 4 acres. From unusable land, we worked with engineers to properly plan a new business that will generate jobs and taxes to the great county of Courtland Virginia. Excited to see the entrepeneuers bring this venture to market.

We have helped this client with our design-build services. With our strategic partnership we are building back, elevated, full CMU block structure to withstand the test of time. In permitting now for the re-build, we have already completed the demolition and installing temporary power.

An audacious and exciting build that was brought in front of us. The team had gone multi-state on this one, relocating up to Virginia for four months. During that time we - cleared 3 acres of land, re-graded, brought storm, water and sewer to the site, managed challenges with building around wetlands, poured a 10,000 sf slab (after raising the site 4'!) and built a new water bottling plant.
